In-Home Motherhood Session in Highland Park

Amelia and Izara have a tradition of doing a yearly motherhood session with me, and it’s my favorite thing. For this year’s session, we met at Amelia’s mom’s adorable Highland Park apartment, perfectly styled with vintage trinkets, lush plants, and an iconic yellow sectional couch. These two snuggled, played peek-a-boo, and read books together on the couch and then shared their favorite donuts from a local bakery.

Highland Park was the perfect setting for this sweet and intimate motherhood session. We were able to get the donuts from Cha Cha’s Hiland Bakery, right around the corner from the apartment, and we had fun exploring, sitting outside the cute little shops and checking out the murals in the alleyways.
